Presentation Description (for publishing in the conference program)
Transnational education is now a permanent fixture of the global educational landscape. Many students currently enroll in transnational secondary school programs which utilize curriculum outside their country?s national standards. These joint programs include varying levels of collaborative arrangements with the degree-granting institutions. This session examines the scope of the secondary schooling transnational education market, explores issues that arise for credential evaluators when assessing academic documents from these types of programs, and shares best practices.
