Presentation Description (for publishing in the conference program)
This interactive session explores how professional degrees differ from academic degrees and identifies some of the challenges involved in evaluating professional degrees for the international recognition and admissions environments. Examples examined include credentials in law, pharmacy, medicine, physical therapy, and veterinary medicine. Participants raise questions as well as share their ideas, experiences and successful evaluation approaches.
